Over the years I have had many people (often people who live out of town ) ask If I have an online course.

I believe the true magic in the work I do is in the hands on element – where we work with your nervous system.

Saying that, almost every client ALSO needs to address their mindset/thinking.

This is why I wrote the Book “How to be Anxiety Free” and THIS online course is an extension of these principles combined with Mindfulness techniques, this course is a great place to start if you can’t afford to become a private client or live out of town.
