Meet

Dov Phillips

Founder of Inspiring Wellness, a wellness and personal transformation clinic in Auckland CBD. Trained to the highest level in Network Spinal Analysis and studied Design Human Engineering through many seminars, Dov has helped countless individuals massively improve their wellbeing through his unique body & mind approach.

Who am I?

I'm someone who finds balance in both the quiet moments and the energetic buzz of people. My journey in wellness has been profoundly shaped by the right encounters at pivotal times, especially with influential mentors like Donny Epstein. These experiences have not only shaped my professional outlook but have also deeply influenced my personal growth.

My Values and Motivation

Authenticity and continuous learning are the cornerstones of my life and work. I believe in living my truth and embracing a lifestyle of ongoing improvement, both for myself and those I guide. My motivation stems from a series of life-changing interactions that inspired me to pursue a path in wellness, aiming to share the powerful impact of holistic health practices.

I Naturally Gravitated to Wellness.

I have been fascinated with self help for the past 28 years, always learning new interesting ways to help people make profound changes. 

I studied at Auckland university and have a degree in Pharmacology. I then studied Chiropractic and graduated in 2007. From there, I learnt and studied 'Network Spinal Analysis' and received the highest level of accreditation.  

I opened my Wellness Clinic 18 years ago and have been 'specialising' in Anxiety for the last 12 years. I have written two books, one on Anxiety, and have created a few online courses and have run a few online programs for people around the world who are suffering with anxiety and teach them how to break free.

The more I learned through study and experience, the more I understood that a person’s overall wellness is key. As this wellness is developed, it makes everything in life much more meaningful and vastly more enjoyable. Over those years, I gradually formulated a unique, comprehensive philosophy about wellness: what I believe it is, how I can help you to achieve it, how you can maintain and continually enhance it.

Interests That Shape Me

Outside the consultation room, you might find me reconnecting with nature through bush walks, seeking tranquility in meditation, or feeling the rush of adrenaline while skiing. Travel is another passion that broadens my perspective and fuels my creativity, helping me bring fresh insights into every session.


My Boys

I love being Dad to my two boys, 14 and 9 years old. Two fantastic individuals and creative souls who light me up.  


Overcoming Challenges

Life's challenges, including a recent divorce and the trials of promoting a non-mainstream approach to wellness, have only strengthened my willpower. I practice Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), a transformative method that helps me maintain balance and resilience amidst life's ups and downs.

Connecting with Clients

I am deeply trusting and non-judgmental, yet I hold strong, well-informed opinions about the interconnections between wellness, mindset, and overall health. My dedication goes beyond professional obligations—I am genuinely invested in the success and well-being of those I work with. I strive to give abundantly to those eager to start or continue on their own journeys of transformation.

While I am an open book in many ways, I wish more people knew how much I truly care about each client's unique path to wellness. My approach might challenge conventional norms, but it is crafted from years of experience and success in facilitating real, lasting change.

What to expect during our first session.

I’m here to help you increase your wellbeing and overall quality of life by teaching your body and mind new strategies to break the old, destructive patterns.

  • We want you to feel safe, comfortable and open-minded in your first experience with our process. Come into our practice with curiosity and desire to learn!
  • The first visit is designed to get you on the fast track to success, meaning we need to know specifically what to do to help YOU, as everyone is unique. 
  • Essentially, we’re creating a map of what it is we need to do to help you with both your body and mind, to break out of destructive patterns and help create new healthy ones.
