Since social anxiety, in the majority of cases, is intensified from too much stress anchored in the nervous system, you need a very physical, somatic body-based approach. 

We help you release the stress and tension that is keeping the system in this hyper vigilant or stressed out, anxious state.

We deal with the root cause, and our intention is to resolve your social anxiety.

Because we're able to  reprogram the nervous system using our multiple different modalities on both body and mind, we're getting changes for our clients where they have previously failed with other approaches. 

Now, here is the first problem where most people get trapped.

When people try to help themselves overcome social anxiety, they look inward into their thinking to try and make changes to JUST their thoughts.

Often we can be aware that our thinking is causing our anxiety, BUT many people assume their thoughts are solely responsible for their social anxiety.

Usually, it is not JUST one’s thoughts that are causing the problem to persist..

From my experience of working with people and helping them overcome their social anxiety, it became obvious to me that the mind is only one component (it is often actually a symptom of an already stressed out nervous system) and the mind is often focused on and blamed WAY too much.

The mental aspect is very important and we do address this with "Mindset retraining" - but doing this alone will often have average results at best. At Inspiring Wellness, our goal is for outstanding and life changing results, which is why we work with your body, too!

Social anxiety has a very physical component that needs to be addressed, and this is especially important if the social anxiety developed earlier on in life.

  • They have no idea about why they all of a sudden begin to panic, freak out, sweat, go red in the face, etc.
