When I am working, helping my clients resolve their anxiety, we will often have some very interesting conversations and travel down some NEW thought paths. 

Often on the way, we will become aware of some gems, these new 'ways' of looking at things, or seeing things from a new perspective that can and OFTEN does produce a BIG shift. 
 
But this shift often takes place over time.  Now over time, this shift can become bigger and bigger. 
 
Like so many things - anxiety often requires many shifts. Some of these shifts you will get from these emails, some from the videos. Any tip, insight or idea (if it helps) is a valuable thing. 
 
Stay open to receiving these ideas. You never know where or when they will come.
