Stress and trauma plays a major role in how anxiety develops and shows up in the body.

Anxiety, in the majority of cases, comes from a dysregulated nervous system.

We work with how stress patterns affect the body, mind and nervous system over time.

To address the nervous system, we integrate two powerful healing modalities that very few people in New Zealand are aware of. Not only do we work with your nervous system, but we also help you with your mindset/thinking.
