What Is The Underlying Cause Of Your Anger Outbursts?
At its core, anger is expressed when there is too much tension in the nervous system - often accumulated from past traumas and stresses.
The energy from the tension builds up and when something happens to agitate you, it is easy for the nervous system to expresses a destructive anger outburst for a temporarily release of energy.
Like anything else, the more someone does something, the easier it becomes for the nervous system to go into these patterns.
There are many different reasons for becoming angry, anger is one of the most emotional states to express in our culture.

The Course Structure:
1.
Initial Consultation (40min)

Your journey begins with an in-depth, personalised consultation. We'll:
- Explore the triggers and patterns of your anger.
- Set clear goals for what you want to achieve.
- Develop a customised plan to guide your progress.
This session provides the foundation for the rest of the course.
2.
Five Body-Based Sessions (20min)

These sessions focus on addressing the physical and emotional aspects of anger:
- Release tension stored in the body.
- Teach your body how to feel safer and more at peace.
- Begin to explore new strategies on how to respond to triggering situations
3.
Cognitive Wellness Integration (40min)

After the first five body-based sessions, this critical session focuses on:
- Evaluating the progress you’ve made so far.
- Identifying areas where you may still feel stuck.
- Setting new, personalised goals for the remaining sessions.
This mid-point evaluation ensures you’re on track to achieving your goals.
4.
Five Body-Based Sessions (20min)

Building on the foundation of the first half of the course, these sessions focus on:
- Continue releasing any trauma or tension still bound in your nervous system.
- Strengthening emotional resilience.
By the end of these sessions, you’ll have the skills to handle challenging situations with confidence and control.
Since we work with the body and the nervous system, we will retrain your body to have new responses.
There is no point simply becoming conscious and aware in your mind of what is going on that is causing your anger and not having the associated strategy in your body.
Just think about when you last experienced anger - maybe something triggered this reaction from you, maybe it came from your mind, but you feel it in your body.
Now the problem is, when you feel it in your body, this circles back into affecting the way that you think and act, then your mind will affect your body being angry, and then your body will circle back into your mind and you will be stuck in the loop.
Often, you may try to release some external expression - some people hit walls, some people hit other people and some people hit themselves.
Of course, there are many things that you can do other than hitting - often shouting or screaming, and the list goes on.

We are a private clinic and unfortunately not government funded, but we have made it as affordable as possible and offer payment plans if needed.
The cost for our course is similar to that of a psychologist, except our approach is different because we actually work with both body and mind and our results are long-lasting.
