To help you get well and resolve your anxiety

1st Step

is to make sure we are confident that we can help you.

 

Because nothing works for everyone, it is important to us at Inspiring Wellness that we only take on clients where we are very confident that we can help.

We have a number of ways of being able to work this out, there are many factors that go into this but because we have been doing this so well for a while now, it has become pretty easy for us to  determine. If we don’t feel like we can help you. We will let you know and we also won’t charge you for your visit.

2nd Step

is to identify how the anxiety is affecting you, and how it is disrupting your life.

 

Because Anxiety effects people in different ways, it is very important that we gather the ‘right’ information. This will include a brief Health History, filling out a form before you come in for your first visit and then we go deeper during the first part of the initial consultation.

3rd Step

is to create a plan and get started ASAP

 

One of the biggest challenges people face that keeps them stuck, is not knowing what to do or how to do it.

We will take you step by step through a plan that is suitable for you. Many times people will cover the same points, and at times many people will go through a similar process. But it is also common that we have to custom adapt our approach in a way that best serves each individual.

Our plan – our desired outcome will be led by your desired goal. For example sometimes people just want to come in to reduce the symptoms and make life a little better whereas other people wish to go a little deeper and work on resolving it.

4th Step

is to track your progress

 

 

As you begin making process (based upon what we outlined in step 3) we will be tracking you along the way to make sure you’re on your way to success.
